Recycling

  • Recycled materials can be set out every Wednesday evening alongside garbage to be picked up.
  • Recycled materials are only picked up on Thursdays.
  • Recycled materials do not need to be sterilized, but food should be rinsed off.
  • Recycled materials do not need to be sorted when placed at the curb.
  • All items may be co-mingled in the bins. This "single-stream" approach is aimed at making collection easier for participants. Materials will be separated at a recycling sorting center.
