The Library is excited to announce that the book drop is now open and we will begin curbside delivery of our materials on June 3.

We aren’t ready to open the Library to the public, but we will be offering No Contact Curbside Service starting June 3. Patrons may place materials on hold using:
Give us specific titles or let us know what you like to read and we will find some titles for you. Staff will call you when your holds are ready and give you more information about how to pick them up.
Our goal is to fill requests within 48 hours. Curbside services (including pick-ups and phone/chat requests) will be available:
Patrons are limited to 10 items per request. The Library is not able to circulate puzzles, learning kits or board games at this time.
Holds can only be placed on materials owned by the Riverside Public Library. This is due to the fact that there will not be delivery of materials from other libraries for some time. The Inter-Library Loan (ILL) service is run by RAILS (our regional library system) and the start date is out of our control. If you have holds on material that isn’t owned by our Library, your hold will not be cancelled. It will be filled once ILL delivery resumes. You may still place holds for materials owned by our Library which will be ready to pick up once the Library opens.
Please note that we have limited copies of popular materials and we appreciate your patience as we work to get you titles.
Starting on June 3, Riverside Library card holders can send print jobs from home and staff will deliver printed materials curbside. Normal fees with apply: $.10/page for black and white and $.50/page for color. Fees will be applied to your library card account and a minimum amount of $1 will be charged per order. We will not accept cash payments.
To request a print job, visit the library website and select ’Print from Home’. Enter your Riverside Library card number as your name and upload your documents. Call the Library at 708-442-6366 within 2 hours so we can release the print job before it gets deleted by the printing system. We will contact you when the print job is ready for pickup.
This service is only for printing and does not include photocopying.
