Utility bills are distributed on the first day of every other month and due the 20th of the month.

Online Bill Pay for Utility Bills

The Village of Riverside is excited to announce the launch of a new online bill pay service for utility bills as of January 6, 2020. The new system will offer customers additional features, such as pay by text and scheduled payments.

To ensure your account stays current, please access one of the links below to set up your payments.

Features of the New Online System

  • Customers can pay with an electronic check, Discover, Master Card or Visa.
  • Customers can make a one-time payment or register an account to schedule a payment before the due date.  
  • Registered accounts have the ability to save preferred payment types and pay by text.  

What do I need to do?

Make a One-Time Payment - No Registration Required

If you currently pay your utility bill online via the one-time payment method, you can continue to access the system using the ONE-TIME PAYMENT link.  Please follow the prompts to pay your bill and complete your transaction.  You will need your full account number and PIN to look up your bill and make a payment. Your PIN appears just below your account number on your utility bill. Click here to see a sample bill.

Register or Make Changes to your Account - No PIN Needed

You may establish a user name and password for payments on your utility account.  Please click on the following link to log in and manage your account.  Check out the new system features at  LOG IN/MANAGE MY ACCOUNT.  No PIN is needed to register your account and make a payment.

  • Store several different payment options (credit or debit cards, checking or savings accounts).
  • Link multiple water/sewer bills to a single user account.
  • Send an online request to our office.

Other Payment Options

Automatic Bill Payment
Village water bills may be paid through an automatic debiting of your checking account. To enroll in the automatic bill payment program, please fill-out and return the Automatic Payment of Utility Bill Form along with a voided check to the Village Office, 27 Riverside Road. Please call 708-447-2700 if you have questions about completing the form.

Call 1-844-937-0132 to pay using a checking or savings account, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

In Person
Residents may also drop off payments in person at the Village’s front desk during normal business hours. There is also a 24-hour drop-off box located in front of Town Hall.
