The Village of Riverside would like to gather data from extreme weather/storm events in order to better preserve the safety of the community. In addition, gathering data from residents on property damage from storms could assist in the Village receiving assistance from the Cook County Department of Emergency Management, Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA), or the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in extreme situations.

You may also call the Village of Riverside at 708-447-2700 to report damage due to a recent storm or disaster. Please note that this form is for data gathering purposes only and results will be utilized to demonstrate a need for emergency and financial assistance following severe and widespread damage from storms/extreme weather events. The Village will not pickup branches from private property.
