The public is urged to report suspected fraud schemes related to COVID-19 by calling the National Center for Disaster Fraud (NCDF) hotline at 1-866-720-5721 or NCDF e-mail address disaster@leo.gov
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Internet Crimes Complaint Center (IC3) accepts complaints from either the victim or from a third party to the complainant. https://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
