Residents will notice a new return address on their utility bills and return envelopes starting in September. Beginning with September utility bills, mailed payments will go to the Village’s lock box in Carol Stream for processing.
The mailing address and return address for utility payments will be:

Please include the bottom portion of your water bill in the envelope when mailing a check.
Payments can still be made online, by phone, in person or in the silver payment box in front of the Riverside Township Hall.
Residents who use online banking to pay their utility bills are reminded to confirm their utility account number prior to directing their financial institution to make a payment. Payments are applied to the account specified.
