Due to grant funding, application Intake for LIHWAP (Low Income Household Water Assistance Program) through the Community and Economic Development Association of Cook County (CEDA) will end on Wednesday, May 31, 2023. New LIHWAP applications will not be accepted after May 31st at 7:00 p.m. The last day that CEDA Energy Services may accept eligibility documentation for LIHWAP applications is Tuesday, June 6, 2023.
