At the Village Board meeting on July 20th, Village President Joseph Ballerine announced that in the near future he will be resigning from his position as President as he will be moving out of state. The Village would like to take this opportunity to share this news with the community.
First and foremost, the Village would like to extend our deepest gratitude to President Ballerine for his dedicated service and unwavering commitment to Riverside. Since moving to Riverside in 1988, he has worked tirelessly to make Riverside a better place, and his efforts have not gone unnoticed. President Ballerine has been a driving force behind numerous initiatives and his leadership has left a lasting impression.
The Village acknowledges that change can be both challenging and exciting for the community. Please know that the Village Board and village staff are committed to ensuring a smooth transition during this period.
