The Village of Riverside, Illinois (hereinafter known as the "Village") is requesting qualifications (“Proposals”) from law firms to support the Village in general counsel, prosecution of municipal code violations and traffic offense violations and counsel for employment matters including but not limited to collective bargaining negotiations, grievances, arbitration, and other related areas as needed involving the Village’s Public Works and Police Department collective bargaining agreements (“Services”). Qualified attorneys and/or firms may submit proposals for one or more services (prosecutor, labor counsel and general counsel) sought by the Village.  The Village is furnishing herein a scope of services by which such proposals shall be considered. Any firm (hereinafter "Firm") desiring to furnish a proposal for such services shall submit proposals following the instructions and format of this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”).
